Domicile
You must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and hold a valid domicile certificate issued by the competent authority on or before the last date of the online application.
Educational Qualification
- Class IV (MTS): minimum Matric (10th pass) and maximum 10+2.
- Sanitation Worker: minimum 8th pass and maximum 10+2.
- Anyone with a qualification other than the one prescribed is not eligible for these posts.

- A candidate should not be born after 01.01.2008, so the minimum age is 18 years.
