About BookOfExams

Why this site exists

Good mock tests for government exams are often locked behind paid plans, and free ones are frequently out of date, with old patterns or wrong marking. BookOfExams tries to fix that in a simple way: tests that follow the latest official pattern, scored with the official negative marking, that anyone can start without paying.

What you will find here

• 2,092 mock tests with 64,712 questions in total: full mocks, sectional tests, topic-wise tests, mini mocks and previous year papers. See the full list or start from an exam page such as SSC CGL or bank exams.
• 258 study notes: syllabus and exam pattern guides, formulas, static GK and topic explanations, on the notes page.
• Job and exam updates: 30 job posts, admit card and result status pages, each written from the official notification. See jobs and admit cards and results.
• Free tools such as the age calculator and the exam calendar 2026-27.

These counts are calculated from the site's own content every time the site is built.

Who runs it

BookOfExams is founded and run by Saksham Dogra, who also builds the site itself. There is no large team behind it, and we do not claim one.

How the content is made

Exam facts (patterns, dates, vacancies, eligibility) are taken only from official sources such as ssc.gov.in, ibps.in, sbi.bank.in, the Railway Recruitment Boards' websites, RBI and PIB, and each page names the notice it relies on. Mock test questions are written to the official pattern and every answer is checked before a test is published. The full process, including how corrections are handled, is in our editorial policy.

What BookOfExams is not

BookOfExams is an independent website. It is not connected with the Staff Selection Commission, IBPS, SBI, the Railway Recruitment Boards or any other recruiting body. Always confirm dates and eligibility on the official website before you apply. Read the full disclaimer.
