Not an official website

BookOfExams (www.bookofexams.in) is an independent, privately run website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), the State Bank of India (SBI), the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), the Union Public Service Commission, any State Public Service Commission or any other government department or recruiting body. Names of exams and organisations are used only to describe the exams our practice material is for.

Always verify on the official website

We take exam information from official notices and link the source on each page, but notices change: dates are revised, vacancies are updated and corrigenda are issued. Before you apply, pay a fee or travel for an exam, check the latest notice on the recruiter's own website, for example ssc.gov.in, ibps.in, sbi.bank.in or rrb.indianrailways.gov.in. If our page and the official notice ever differ, the official notice is correct.

Mock tests and scores

• Mock tests are practice material written to the official pattern. Except for papers clearly marked "Official Paper", they are not real exam questions.
• Your score in a mock test is not a prediction of your result. Real exams apply normalisation across shifts, and cut-offs change every year.
• We work to keep every answer correct, but mistakes can happen. Please report any error through the contact page; see our editorial policy for how corrections are handled.

No guarantee and no fees for jobs

Using BookOfExams does not guarantee selection in any exam. We never ask for money in exchange for a job, and no genuine government recruitment does. Beware of anyone who promises a government job for payment.
