RRC NWR Apprentice Eligibility 2026
Educational Qualification
- Passed the 10th class examination (or its equivalent under the 10+2 system) with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised board. No rounding off is done.
- Must also hold the National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.
- You must have the qualification at the time of applying. Candidates awaiting their final results should not apply.

RRC NWR Apprentice Selection Process 2026
- Merit list made on the simple average of your percentage in the 10th class (all subjects, at least 50% aggregate) and your ITI marks in the trade
- Document verification and medical examination in the unit you chose
- Contract of apprenticeship with the employer
The merit list is prepared unit-wise, trade-wise and community-wise, equal to the number of slots. No centralised merit list is made. If two candidates have the same marks, the older candidate is preferred. If the date of birth is also the same, the candidate who passed the 10th exam earlier comes first.

- Visit the official website www.rrcjaipur.in.
- Open the Apprentice 2026-27 application link and register with your 12-digit Aadhaar number, a working mobile number and an email ID.
- Fill in your details exactly as in your 10th certificate: name, father's name and date of birth.
- Select one unit and your ITI trade.
- Upload your colour photograph (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm, JPG, 20 to 70 KB) and signature (3.5 cm x 2.5 cm, JPG, 20 to 30 KB).

- Submit the form, download it and keep a printout. You will need it at document verification.

- Apprenticeship training does not give a right to a railway job after the training.
- The helpline number will be shown on the RRC website from 7 October 2026, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except Sundays and holidays).
- Any wrong or fake certificate leads to cancellation, even after selection.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
- No travelling allowance is paid for document verification.
