Educational Qualification
A postgraduate degree in the relevant speciality is the minimum qualification. Diploma holders are considered only if qualified candidates are not available, and they get 10 marks less in the merit list. As per the NMC Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations, 2025, DNB / DNB Super Speciality is also valid. For non-clinical posts such as Anatomy and Physiology, a Ph.D. along with a Medical M.Sc. is mandatory.
