Read the passage and answer the questions that follow. Cloud kitchens, also called ghost or virtual kitchens, are among the fastest-growing ideas in the food business. Unlike ordinary restaurants, they have no dining hall. They cook only for online orders that are delivered to customers' homes. Changing habits, smartphone apps and the demand for convenience have all helped the model spread. The biggest economic advantage of a cloud kitchen is its low cost. There is no need to rent an expensive site on a busy street, spend on decoration or employ waiters. The money saved can go into better food, marketing and faster delivery. For many young cooks, opening a restaurant was once an elusive dream; a cloud kitchen lets them start with far less money and in far less time. The growth has been striking. In Britain, the sector expanded to almost three times its earlier size in 2023, helped by delivery apps on which a customer needs only to tap a screen once to order a meal. In the United States, the industry hopes to earn about 27 billion dollars from cloud kitchens over the five years from 2027 to 2032. Cloud kitchens also support the wider economy. They create jobs in cooking, packing, delivery and technology, and they increase business for packaging makers and food suppliers. Much of this work is done __________, out of the customer's sight, yet it strengthens many parts of the economy. The rapid growth has also raised worries. Governments have laid down rules on hygiene, licences and safety, but many cloud kitchens do not follow them strictly. With few inspections and a constant rush to meet orders, corners are often cut, which raises questions about the safety of the food and the future of the business. Cloud kitchens are cheap to run, easy to expand and good for jobs, but their full promise will be realised only when the rules on quality and safety are strictly obeyed.

(II) The cloud kitchen market in Britain did not grow at all until 2023. (III) Many cloud kitchens do not follow safety rules strictly because they are in a hurry to meet orders.
- A.Only (I)
- B.Both (I) and (III)
- C.Only (II)
- D.Both (II) and (III)
- E.All (I), (II) and (III)
Q3.Which of the following situations best illustrates the concern raised in the last paragraph?
- A.A traditional restaurant buys a robot to cut its labour costs.
- B.A street vendor moves to a cloud kitchen and earns more profit.
- C.A delivery app offers discounts on meals from new cloud kitchens.
- D.A food inspector checks only dine-in restaurants in a city.
